The saber doesn't turn on
If your saber won’t power on, first make sure it has a full charge. If charging doesn’t solve the issue, try removing the battery and reinstalling it securely.
Another common issue is the electronics board being left in the “off” position. To fix this, take the battery out and check the switch — move it from “off” to “on” before reinstalling the battery.

Can I change the blade color?
Yes, the blade color on your saber can be changed. The process is simple — just check the user manual that comes with your saber for the exact steps for your model.

The blade is loose
If your blade feels wobbly, check that the retention screws are properly tightened — they can loosen after dueling or heavy swings. It’s a good habit to give them a quick tighten after each use so your saber stays secure for the next session.

The saber has no sound
If your saber isn’t producing sound, first make sure it isn’t set to mute. If that’s not the issue, try adjusting the volume settings or removing and reinserting the battery. Also check that the electronics board is switched on — you can do this by taking out the battery and flipping the switch from “off” to “on” before reinstalling it.

Shipment & Tracking
Orders usually take 7–14 business days to arrive, depending on your location. You’ll also receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped. This number can be used on the courier’s website (UPS, DHL, or FedEx) to follow your delivery in real time.
